all sales are handled by tkv® biz & fine arts.

all sales are final. we don't take change-of-mind returns — please check sizes and descriptions before ordering, and email biz@tamvu.biz with any question first.

damaged or wrong. if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email biz@tamvu.biz within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.

timing. where a refund is due, it's issued within 10 business days of our confirming the problem, back to the original payment method. your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
