the short version. this is the online store of tkv® biz & fine arts, operated by tam khoa vu, québec, canada. by ordering you agree to these terms.

products. items are described and photographed as accurately as possible; colours may vary slightly by screen. one-of-one works are sold as-is in the condition shown. prices are in canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.

orders. we may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues) — if that happens you're refunded in full. an order confirmation email is receipt of your order, not final acceptance; that happens when it ships.

intellectual property. all artwork, images, text, and design on this site are © tam khoa vu / tkv® biz & fine arts. buying a piece transfers ownership of the physical object, not reproduction rights.

liability. to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item. nothing here limits rights you have under québec consumer protection law.
